Milgard Windows :  The only owners who have total lifetime warranty on windows are those whose condos were purchased between 10-1-95 and 4-4-2005.

Units purchased prior to 2005 the warranty expires on sale.

NOTE 10/2015:  If you are not the original owner of the unit, the company that bought Milgard,  will not replace windows for you.
