Upper units:  You may replace vinyl with soft surface vinyl no hard surface vinyl or hardwood.   You cannot put vinyl or any other material other than carpet in any areas that were carpeted when the unit was constructed.

Pet Rules:  Members may have one (1) dog under 25 pounds full grown OR two (2) cats with board approval.
