There are no current or pending financial assessments to the unit owners.
The annual budget is available on our website http://www.crosspointejanesville.com.
Access to individual condominium dwelling units is not available to Board of Directors members or any employees or vendors contracted with the Cross Pointe Condominium Association.
There is a month-to-month verbal contract with Miguel’s Services Inc. of 5229 South County Road D, Afton, Wisconsin for snow removal and landscape maintenance.
