Condominium Disclosure List for Real Estate Closings

Pets:  No dog over 25 lbs full grown.  1 dog OR 2 cats, written permission of board required.  Declaration and By-Laws list breeds not allowed.

There are sixteen buildings, each having four condominium units. There can be no expansion to our condominium complex.

Declaration, bylaws, and articles of incorporation are available on the Cross Pointe Condominium website crosspointejanesville.com under Declaration and Bylaws.

There are no current or pending financial assessments to the unit owners.

The annual budget is available on our website http://www.crosspointejanesville.com.

Access to individual condominium dwelling units is not available to Board of Directors members or any employees or vendors contracted with the Cross Pointe Condominium Association.

There is a month-to-month verbal contract with Miguel’s Services Inc. of 5229 South County Road D, Afton, Wisconsin for snow removal and landscape maintenance.
