NOTE: At the Annual Meeting held on October 21, 2017 the membership voted to leave the recreation path snow covered in the winter due to the cost of having it snow blown each time.
At the October 21,2023 Annual Membership Meeting, it was decided to update the website to include the flooring requirements for the upper units to indicate what the original flooring in the upper units was.
The requirements are as follows:
Only carpeting is approved/allowed for floor covering in the living room, dining area, bedrooms, hallways, and stairway.
Only padded vinyl or carpeting is approved/allowed for floor covering in the kitchen, bathrooms, and utility/laundry room.
No wood flooring, laminate flooring, tile flooring, or other type of hard flooring is approved/allowed.
If a situation occurs where the above flooring requirements are followed, owners will be required to correct the issue. In addition, any unit that is being listed for sale must have the approved/allowed flooring. If a unit is being listed for sale and the approved/allowed flooring does not meet the requirements, the seller will be required to correct the issue prior to listing the unit for sale.
